Our Main Auditorium features state-of-the-art acoustics suitable for large scale music concerts, opera, choral music, symphonic performances, dance, children’s programming, film screenings, and intimate solo performances.

The Lexus

The Lexus of Richmond Hill Hall is a 150 person capacity multi-purpose space available for:

  • Receptions
  • Music recitals
  • Workshops
  • Corporate meetings
  • And other small events

It can be configured to host a variety of events. All tables and chairs are included in your rental and will be preset based on your preferred configuration.

Our Main Lobby is a contemporary, open concept space ideal for receptions, social events, and vendor fairs. It is also home to the Richmond Hill Visual Art Gallery, exhibiting an array of artwork from local artists.

Outdoor Plaza

Our Outdoor Plaza is perfect for outdoor concerts, events, festivals, and other performances in the spring, summer, and fall months. It is accessible from the Main Lobby and The Lexus of Richmond Hill Hall.

Food and Beverage

We offer comprehensive bar services to enhance your event experience. 

Main Bar:

Our main bar is fully-stocked with a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and a simple snacks selection. All food and beverage purchased from the Main Bar is permitted inside the Main Auditorium. 

The Main Bar accepts Interac, VISA, and MasterCard. 

Kitchen Facilities: 

The RHCPA's catering kitchen is available for use by your chosen caterer upon request and includes: 

  • Refrigerator 
  • Freezer
  • Ice machine
  • Dishwasher

  • Dedicated plating sections for meal preparation and presentation
